Here at the Bauers, the consistent high-quality of the time you spend here with is our foremost concern, with food a huge part of this.

The menu’s of Bauer Il Palazzo’s De Pisis and Bauer Palladio’s d’Ulivo restaurants are individually composed, but are both are seasonally designed to deliver the freshest available delicacies of each moment of the year. Venetian cuisine is very special, and distinct from that of mainland Italy: once the Queen of the Sea, the maritime islands of Venice have had a much more international past than many inland locations. The busy sea-trade meant not just seafood but spices and exotic elements uncommon elsewhere – such as saffron – ‘zafferano’ – are now essential flavours. The local soils of the Veneto are also rich and deep, meaning produce, with vegetables from artichokes to onions and potatoes growing abundantly, all of which are now a part the unique offering of our tables.

Set over two floors, it has eight rooms, each dedicated to a special treatment, from facials to the Vitalis Bath, which offers detoxifying baths using products such as Dead Sea minerals and muds. Events

Palladio Hotel & Spa is the ideal destination to Venice to organize exclusive events.

It has a very charming meeting room, the Sala Convento, with natural light, located on the first floor that can accommodate up to 120 people.
The Sala Convento was the room where originally worked the guests of the convent.

The floor still has the original wooden beams of the time, and a large fireplace adorns one of the walls.

A small marble plaque placed on a wall still remembers the importance of work as redemption of the soul “east fiijole de recordative say the Ave Maria”.

And then the incredible garden with flowers and trees of all types that can accommodate parties, dinners, cocktails outdoors.
In case of need and for large numbers of guests it can be mounted a marquee that covers a portion of the court and the turf.

Part of the garden was named “Garden Shady” and beneath the shadow of a 150-year-old magnolia tree was placed a gazebo where you can organize symbolic wedding or celebrated in a civil ceremony.

During the summer the gazebo can also be used for exclusive rituals outdoor massage, performed by the expert hands of the Spa operators, to find the well-being immersed in the lush nature.

The garden of Palladio is in itself a unique and hidden place, a destination for guided tours to explore every little secret: in one part of herbs and medicinal plants are grown, as well as they used to be.
