Assaggi by Eataly Restaurant

A restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine with international flourishes. The attention paid to ingredients and cooking techniques according to Italian traditions form the basis of recipes that showcase the primary flavor.
The Eataly tasting menu is the perfect accompaniment to the house style, which goes hand in hand with the seasons. Try the traditional local specialties and choose from the excellent selection of wines by the glass, with a focus on local labels and some Italian winemaking gems.

Breakfast
An attractive buffet breakfast where the finest ingredients mean everything. Baskets brimming with an array of croissants and delicious cakes raised up on stands, bowls full of seasonal fruit and vegetables, jams carefully measured out in order to be environmentally friendly, hotplates containing scrambled eggs and delicious bacon, and yogurt with the Eataly hallmark served straight from the maker: the best possible breakfast to start the day.
