The men’s spa is equipped with a dry sauna, where the high temperatures will help to promote blood circulation as you sweat out the toxins from your body. Followed with a cold water bath, the temperature difference will relieve any fatigue from your day and reset your autonomic nerve functions. The women’s spa has a mist sauna. A fine mist that envelops your body, as the moderate temperature warms you up from within.
