From the time you arrive, you are greeted with the life of St. Anthony of Padua (Patron Saint of Lost Things.) Then you are on your way to Fatima, home to the three shepherd children who witnessed the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary – 100 years ago and we end our Pilgrimage in Lourdes. Itinerary
Day 1 | Monday, December 15: Depart for Lisbon

Make your way to your local airport, where you will board your overnight flight(s). Your meals will be served on board.

Day 2 | Tuesday, December 16: Arrive Lisbon – Fatima

Upon arrival at the Lisbon airport, retrieve your luggage and exit the baggage claim into the arrivals hall where you will be greeted by a tour guide/driver. You will be escorted to the vehicle which will then take you on a sightseeing tour of this beautiful Portuguese city. We will visit Saint Anthony’s Church (the patron saint of lost objects). We will then continue to Fatima, where the Blessed Mother appeared in 1917 to three simple shepherd children and exhorted mankind to pray for world peace. The remainder of the day will be free for you to rest, reflect, pray and explore. Following dinner you may choose to participate in International Rosary and Candlelight procession before retiring for the evening.

Day 3 | Wednesday, December 17: In Fatima

After breakfast, we begin our day celebrating Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions. After Mass we begin our tour of Fatima where we will experience the beauty of this spiritual town. We will see the Basilica, the site of Francisco’s and Jacinta’s graves, the Hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived, and Valinhos, the site of Our Lady’s appearance after the children’s return from prison. Experience Christ’s love as you walk and follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra (The Sacred Way) culminating in the Chapel of Calvary, which overlooks all of Fatima. Join your prayers with those of pilgrims from around the world as you pray for the sick, drink water from the miraculous well. Following dinner you may choose to participate in International Rosary and Candlelight procession before retiring for the evening.

Day 4 | Thursday, December 18: Fatima – Burgos

Following breakfast transfer to Burgos. Upon arrival in the historic capital of Old Castile, you will have the opportunity to explore the city of Burgos and admire its magnificent limestone, gothic-style Cathedral. Dinner and overnight in Burgos.

Day 5 | Friday, December 19: Burgos – Lourdes

This morning continue journey to Lourdes. Board the bus that will take you for a spectacular view of the Pyrenees Mountains. Upon arrival in Lourdes, you will check-in to your hotel and enjoy a splendid dinner followed by free time to pray the Rosary and attend the candlelight procession (April – October only). These processions are lit by candlelight and guided by the Most Holy Rosary. Following this prayerful experience, you will return to your hotel for an overnight.

Days 6 & 7 | Saturday & Sunday, December 20 & 21: In Lourdes

During your time in Lourdes, you will pray and meditate in a site of Our Lady’s apparitions. Our Lady first appeared to Berna dette in 1858, and announced herself as “The Immaculate Conception”, near the Grotto of Massabielle. During the first two apparitions, little Bernadette prayed the Rosary with Our Lady and left without any exchange of words. During the following apparitions, Our Lady emphasized God’s love for us, penance, and the necessity of performing acts of penance for sinners. Throughout your time in Lourdes, you will have the opportunity to attend Mass at the Grotto, where Our Lady appeared to Bernadette; watch a video presentation that explains in detail, the story of Lourdes; participate with the gesture of the miraculous spring ; Wash your hands, wash your face and drink the water. Finish with a short prayer: Our Lady of Lourdes…Pray for us St. Bernadette…Pray for us Oh Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience Christ’s unconditional love, as you meditate upon the “life-size” Stations of the Cross that overlook the Grotto of Massabielle. In Lourdes, you will walk in and meditate upon the footsteps of St. Bernadette. Your group will have the opportunity to see Boly Mill, the birthplace of St. Bernadette, and the “Cachot,” an abandoned prison where Bernadette’s impoverished family lived. Each evening following dinner, you will have an opportunity to attend the candlelight procession and the Rosary, before a restful overnight.

Day 8 | Monday, December 22: Toulouse Airport – USA

After an early breakfast, your group will leave by motor coach and transfer to Toulouse airport for return flights home with memories of a lifetime!

  2. You don’t have to pay for airline tickets until 90 days prior to departure.
  3. If (the rare event) your tour is cancelled, by 206 Tours, you will not be stuck with an airline ticket.
  4. Your seats will be assigned by 206 Tours. You don’t want to be separated from your loved one of seated in middle of the plane. Airlines no longer include this fee on advertised prices and charge up to $200 -300 additional (if 4-6 segments international ticket). Our competitors do not include this service.
  5. If you want to travel a day or two before, stay days later (on own), or make a stop-over in another city, we will accommodate.
  6. Travel Insurance you buy will protect losses caused by airline cancelations or delays (if the delay is longer than 6 hours)

  1. If you buy airline ticket on own, and your flight is cancelled or delayed, 206 Tours is unable to help you with rebooking new flights

  3. We will provide transfers on arrival and departure, provided that, we receive (by email) your complete flight schedule at least 45 days prior.
  4. If you book your own airfare, travel insurance may not reimburse expenses caused by your trip interruption or cover your expenses due to flight changes.

Many are drawn by the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to the three local shepherd children, in 1917. The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to the shepherd children on the 13th day of six consecutive months in 1917, starting on May 13th until October 13th. The events at Fatima gained fame due to their elements of prophecy and eschatology, particularly with regard to possible world war and the conversion of Russia.
