Itinerary
Day 1 | Wednesday, July 17: Arrival into Indianapolis
Theme: From the Four Corners
Welcome to Indianapolis. Upon landing, claim your baggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall, where your tour guide and/or driver will greet you. Board the Bus that will transfer to your hotel for check in. On the way to your accommodation, we will stop by Garage Food Hall for lunch on your own. This modern spot has many options for a quick and lively lunch. We will then head to our hotel in the lovely town of Franklin, IN – just 20 miles south of Indianapolis, to check in and freshen up. Group will meet up and transfer to the Conference for registration, Eucharistic Adoration and the first talk.
- 5:45 PM: Eucharistic Procession into Lucas Oil Stadium to kickoff evening activities
- 7:30 PM: General Session 1—From the Four Corners
- Our opening session is a powerful family reunion as we welcome Catholics from all over the country and all different backgrounds united in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic faith in worship of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
Day 2 | Thursday, July 18: Participate in Eucharistic Congress
Theme: The Greatest Love Story
Breakfast at hotel. During this first full day of the Congress, participants will receive a clear kerygmatic proclamation that invites them into intimate relationship with the person of Jesus Christ. Together, we will have the opportunity to respond to this call in the celebration of the Eucharist. Then we will uncover how the story of our lives can be truly understood within the context of salvation history—the greatest love story ever told.
- 8:30 AM: Catechetical sessions and daily Mass
- Lunch break
- 2:00 PM: Breakout sessions and festival programming in the afternoon
- Dinner break
- 6:30 PM: General Session 2—The Greatest Love Story
- We will remind ourselves of the saving Gospel message and have an opportunity to respond to Jesus’ invitation to believe in him and become a disciple who is nourished and sustained by the Eucharist.
- Return transfer to your hotel for overnight.
Day 3 | Friday, July 19: Participate in Eucharistic Congress
Theme: Into Gethsemane
Breakfast at hotel. Today, our eyes will be opened to the effects of sin and the healing that Our Lord wants to give us. On the individual level, there will be opportunities for the healing of the whole person, including physical healing, psychological wounds, and spiritual sin. On the corporate level, the Congress will recognize the areas where we’ve failed as a Church and the repentance and healing needed to unify the Body of Christ. As we are purified and restored, our hearts will burn with renewed zeal.
- 8:30 AM: Catechetical sessions and daily Mass
- Lunch break
- 2:00 PM: Breakout sessions and festival programming in the afternoon
- Dinner break
- 6:30 PM: General Session 3—Into Gethsemane
- During this impactful session, we will ask the Lord for physical healing, the healing of psychological wounds, and the forgiveness of our sins—both individually and as a Body of Christ.
Day 4 | Saturday, July 20: Participate in Eucharistic Congress
Theme: This is My Body
Breakfast at hotel followed by Congress activities:
- 8:30 AM: Catechetical sessions and daily Mass
- Lunch break
- 2:00 PM: Breakout sessions and festival programming in the afternoon
- 3:30 PM: City-wide Eucharistic Procession
- Dinner break
- 8:00 PM: General Session 4—This is My Body
Through Scriptural formation, the communion of the Body of Christ, reception of Sacramental Grace, and fervent prayer,
we will be prepared and empowered to be Eucharistic missionaries.
Day 5 | Sunday, July 21: Closing Ceremony
Theme: To the Ends of the Earth
Breakfast at hotel followed by check out of our rooms. Transfer to closing Eucharistic Conference ceremony and Mass at 11:00am.
- 8:30 AM: General Session 5—To the Ends of the Earth
- This last day will commission us to go out into the world as missionary disciples to share the love of Christ in the Eucharist in our homes, schools, workplaces, parishes, and communities.
- 11:00 AM: Closing Mass
After Mass, you will sadly say your goodbyes after what will have been a very moving and wonderful week with Catholics from all over the country. You will be taken to the airport for your flight home. (Lunch on your own/at the airport where you can find a sports bar and grill, steak house, delicatessen and more.
