Approximately three (3) weeks prior to departure, your Travel Package will be mailed to your address – via Fed Ex Home Delivery. It will contain the following:

• Name Tag & Lanyard
  
• Luggage Tag
• Tip Envelopes
• Pilgrim Journal
• Special *Reading Material* from Dynamic Catholic

*Delivery Dates vary from one pilgrim to another - depending on pick-up date, delivery address, routing, weather etc. Log-In to your Account for Tracking Number.

Approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure, Dynamic Catholic will email you the following:

• "Digital" E-Ticket(s) / Flight Itinerary
  This PDF will contain your Flight Routing, Flight Numbers, and E-Ticket Number. When you arrive at the Airport, make our way to the Airline Kiosk you are flying on. You will check-in with your Passport and the E-Ticket Number.
• "Digital" Final Confirmations:
  Contact Information for your Guide/Escort and Emergency, and Hotel Information (Names and Contact Info). It also contains links to the Daily Itinerary, Travel Insurance, and Know Before You Go (Answering every question you could have about - What to pack, Currency, TSA Regulations, Weather, FAQ etc.)

*Seats can only be selected when the Airline has assigned an Air Craft. These times vary. If a “Seat” is missing from your E-Ticket, rest assured an updated E-Ticket will be sent to you within 7-10 Days reflecting that.
