Deposit, Payment Schedule & Registration
A $500.00 non-refundable per person deposit is required at the time of booking with a reservation application. Each deposit paid covers 206 Tours services including but not limited to, account management and administrative upkeep. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date. Reservations made within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of confirmation. Late payments, and, or, late bookings may result in a lack of certain services, such as an entrance fee to a particular site, or a different flight schedule.
To join a Waitlist, a $500 deposit is required with online application, and will be fully refundable if we are unable to confirm you within 14 days. If we are able to confirm you within 14 days, and you then decide you do not want to travel, this will be considered a trip Cancellation and processed as per Terms & Conditions Cancellation.
Our costs are based on USD. Prices are per person in double occupancy.
For our International Clients – All foreign currency payments are converted to the USD Equivalent, in accordance with exchange rate on the date of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations are at the clients risk.
Form of Payment
Checks, ACH, American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. If mailing a payment, note tour reference. In case of any billing error, we reserve the right to re-invoice and correct billing.
Price Guarantee
Prices are guaranteed once trip is paid in full. Although, not expected, prices may change due to significant external factors. 206 Tours is not under obligation to give a breakdown of costs and services.
Not Included
Tips to guide and driver; Travel Insurance; Cancel for Any Reason Waiver; Passport and Visa Fees, Items of a personal nature (such as telephone calls, mini bar, laundry) drinks and lunches (when not mentioned).
Passports, Visas, Visa Waiver & Documents
A valid passport is required, and it must be valid at least 6 months after your return date. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel documents. All guests are advised to check with the appropriate government authority in each country visited to determine the necessary documents. At times, Hotel or Cruise Vessel May require you to hold your passport.
When and if a visa or visa waiver is required, it is the passengers responsibility to obtain one. 206 Tours, owner, agent, or employees cannot be held liable for clients not having proper passports, visa, visa waiver, or other travel documents. Cancellations due to a lack of appropriate documents will incur usual penalties. A Passport Card is not useful for International Air Travel. Attempting to use this instead of a Passport Book will result in a denial of boarding by the airlines and entry by the legal authorities.
Effective January 8, 2025, all U.S. citizens?who do not reside in Ireland transiting or traveling to the UK (including Northern Ireland)?for tourism, family visits, business meetings, conferences, or short-term study for 6 months or less will require an ETA prior to travel.? U.S. citizens can apply for ETAs as of November 27, 2024. The application fee is £10, and an ETA is valid for two years
As of May 2025, Americans, Canadians, Australians will need to apply online for travel authorization for Europe.
• This applies to all travelers, and all ages.
• Fee approx. $9. Per Person
• The program is called ETIAS. Some refer to it as “visa for Europe “ it is not a traditional visa, but needs basic details about the traveler and their trip.
• Approval will be sent by email within one (1) hour, but could be up to four (4) days.
• Once granted, it is valid for many trips over three (3) years or until passport expires
• The length of stay in Europe for US tourists (90 days within a 180-day period) remains unchanged.
• Our understanding is that the application will be simple and it must be done online.
• One must have an email address.
• The exact start date, or, when one will be able to apply is still unknown.
• This must be secured by the traveler directly with the EITAS Travel System without the involvement of 206 Tours
Effective August 1, 2024, passengers traveling to Israel and holding foreign passports, will be required to apply for ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization).
• ETA application is available at the Ministry of Interior website: Israel entry https://www.gov.il/en/departments/topics/eta-il/govil-landing-page
• ETA cost is 25 ILS approx 7 USD
• An answer to application received within 72 hours
• It’s valid for 2 years and a stay of up to 90 days in Israel.
• This must be secured by the traveler directly with the Israeli Government without the involvement of 206 Tours
• Non-US Passport Holders must inquire with their local Government/Embassy as to whether they require the ETA-IL. If so, it is the Passport Holders responsibility to obtain the ETA-IL in a timely fashion.
Final Documents
Final documents are sent approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure (including 206 Tours Bag, Nametag with Lanyard, Luggage Tags, and Tip Envelopes.
Your Flight itinerary and Final Confirmations (Guide Contact Info, Hotel Info, and Emergency Contact) will be emailed to you approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure. Upon receipt, you are responsible to check your itinerary, spelling of your name, dates, times, and other important information to ensure their validity. Should there be any errors it is the guest’s responsibility to contact 206 Tours via email within 24 hours.
Please ensure to "safelist" emails from 206 Tours. Make sure that you never miss important communications regarding your pilgrimage. Unless it’s stored in your account
Here is how you do it: Open email from 206 Tours, click on the arrow next to an email icon on the far right. Select “Add To Contacts”. You will see the text “Added *Email Address* to contacts” appear at the top of the screen, meaning 206 Tours has been added to your safe senders list, and it will not go into your spam box.
Day by Day Itinerary
Itineraries are for guidance purposed, should circumstances beyond 206 Tours control arise, we reserve the right to modify and rearrange itinerary and sightseeing; substitute hotel / accommodations; change airlines / aircraft, at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been printed, posted online or advised.
Itinerary adjustments maybe do to, but not limited to: traffic, strike, local holiday, weather, wildlife, ice, mechanical and other malfunctions, medical emergencies or other conditions beyond 206 Tours control.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the following penalty:
Date of Registration - 91 days prior to departure: penalty is $500.00 per person
If your trip cancellation notification is received closer to departure; in addition to the $500.00 cancellation fee, additional fees are applied as a percentage of total trip costs as follows:
61 - 90 days prior to departure 25%.
31 - 60 days prior to departure 50%.
30 days prior to departure or less no refund.
Cancellations must be received in writing from email address used to register for the tour,
and will become effective on the date of receipt. Refunds can take 30 - 60 days to be processed.
ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CHARGES MAY APPLY
Once airline tickets, (including upgrades) are issued, tickets are 100% non-refundable
Additional pre post stays or other extra services booked in connection with 206 Tours Pilgrimage are subject to the
same penalty rules, unless advised of a specific exception.
Partial Room Cancellation: If you cancel, or leave your pilgrimage early, and a roommate remains, refund is not possible,
an additional supplement may apply.
*Special events / group departures may have different conditions carefully review terms & conditions prior to booking pilgrimage.
We strongly recommend offered travel protection.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend a travel insurance plan to protect your trip investment. Once purchased, the premium is non-refundable. To ensure the preexisting medical condition, is covered, you need to pay for it at the time of registration, or within 21 days of the initial trip deposit. Without preexisting coverage, protection can be purchased up to 72 business hours prior to trip departure. Available to all with US residence.

ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS: In the event of any trip interruption such as airline delay or cancellation, where 206 Tours paid for any additional service that is later reimbursed by the travel protection plan (e.g. airline, hotel, transfer), you agree to assign any of those payable benefits to 206 Tours, up to the total payment made by 206 Tours.
Cancel for Any Reason Waiver
In addition to purchasing Travel Insurance, you have the option of purchasing our “Cancel for Any Reason” policy. This waiver allows you to cancel your trip for any reason that is not covered by the Travel Insurance, up until 48 hours prior to departure. The maximum reimbursement using this coverage for plans purchased after 10/01/2023 is either 80% cash of trip costs, or 100% credit towards any future pilgrimage. Premiums for Travel Insurance and Cancel for Any Reason are non refundable.

Changes in Reservation
After a reservation is confirmed any changes are subject to additional fees. Name changes are not permitted.
Flights / Airfares / Airline Reservations
Air transportation is in economy class, or business class (additional) on IATA-approved carriers.
Business-class is available at additional cost, for the Trans-Atlantic portions of your ticket.
Once airline tickets, (including upgrades) are issued, tickets are 100% non-refundable/ non-transferable.
Voluntarily changes to you flight reservation will incur additional fees.
By using 206 Tours, you agree that in booking your flights with 206 Tours, is your agent with air carriers, who are independent contractors. Your airline ticket purchased through 206 Tours constitutes a contract between yourself and the airline. You agree that 206 Tours is not liable for, and does not assume any responsibility, with regards to: airline flight cancellations, schedule changes, airline delays, aircraft changes, seat map changes, seat assignments / reassignments, name changes, missed connections. We will not be able to reimburse you for: new airline ticket, missing days from tour, additional transfers, or any other loss or expense incurred by you for any reason whatsoever. Should you be affected, by flight changes, in any way, on day of departure or after departure, you agree to work with airlines directly, to rebook you on the next available flight, and if needed, to arrange for your lodging and meals.

If you request for changes to be made from 206 Tours, airfare cost, airline and flight itinerary is subject to change. 206 Tours is not responsible for any changes that you make, with Airlines directly, on the app or airline website. For any issues which arise in relation to airline service complaints and compensation should be addressed to the specific carrier. Airport taxes are included in our tour packages. Airport taxes are based on departure city and government fees (airport taxes include Federal Inspection Fees for the U.S. Customs and Immigration; International Air Transportation Tax; Agricultural tax; security fees, and other airport-related taxes).
Most tours offer pre or post stay options. Consider booking this option as it will provide you with ease of not missing part of the program in case of flight issues.
Business Class Upgrade:
If you make changes, airfare is subject to change.
For any issues which arise in relation to airline service complaints and compensation should be addressed to the specific carrier.

If you would like a specific Airline, please advise at the time of booking under Special Notes and Comments (Page 4 of the Registration Form) or in your Account. We will make every effort to provide you with the desired Airline, however, we cannot guarantee, as they are subject to the airline changing aircraft, as well as arrival time of the Group in order to attend events noted on the Day of Arrival. Again, we recommend that you request this in writing on the Registration Form at the time you join the Tour or through your Account.
-Business Class is pending availability and seats are limited.
-If you book within 90 days prior to departure additional cost may be involved.
-for group travel booked in business class, passengers may not be guaranteed seats on the same flights as the rest of the group who is traveling in Economy Class
Shopping While On Pilgrimage
If you wish to make any purchases during your stay, it’s important to note that 206 Tours does not have any affiliation with shops, therefore, 206 Tours is not liable for any items purchased during our pilgrimages
Seat Assignment
206 Tours will assign your airline seats at no additional cost. If booking includes travel companions, we will reserve that you are seated together. If you would like a specific seat, please advise us (if, aisle, window, or to sit next to …) at the time of booking. We will make every effort to assign desired seat. Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed, as at times airlines may change aircrafts therefore change seat maps. Seat assignments are not refundable. If you want to change your seat assignment after it has been reserved and paid for, you will incur an additional fee. As always, we recommend that you be at the airport early to ask for a preferred seat assignment. On rare occasions, on short flights airlines do not offer seat assignments until you get to the airport.
Without Airfare / Land Only and Transfers
If you wish to buy your own airfare, buy package “Without Airfare” (aka “Land Only”), Airport Transfer to/from Hotels, will be included for all regularly scheduled pilgrimages Tour # 1 - 242 www.206tours.com/pilgrimages just as long as you provide us (by email) with your flight schedule up to 45 days prior to departure. Flights between points in the itinerary (intra Europe, intra Middle East) are not included in the "Without airfare - Land Only" package price. We can, at additional cost, arrange those flights if necessary.
Pilgrims registered for a Special/Custom Tour - transfers to/from the Airport are on Group Basis. Should your flights arrive into an airport different than the “Group” or arrive/depart outside of the arrival time of the Group - we can provide Private Transfers (at the client's expense).
In rare cases, a tour may be canceled, any purchased airfares, outside of 206 Tours, are the sole responsibility of the client.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are based on twin-bedded or double rooms (double occupancy). 206 Tours reserves the right to substitute similar category hotels without prior notice. Most hotels do not have "no slip" showers/ bathtubs (most showers are in the tubs) and there are no handles to get out of the showers
SHARING ROOM:
Guests are to provide us with the name of their travel roommate at time of registration.
TRIPLE ROOMS:
In most hotels triple accommodations is possible, no reduction in cost. Due to pace of our pilgrimage, we do not recommend triple rooms (it is a challenge to open up all three suitcases; take showers). Some Hotels are not set up for triple rooms, third bed might be a sofa bed, or a fold up bed.
Room Upgrades & Requests
Some hotels offer upgrades on request. Specific requests such as adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests. Please note that while every effort will be made to secure a special request, it cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel Check-In:
Requests for early check-in is based on hotel availability cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the hotel. Most hotels allow check-in to take place during the midafternoon. Should you wish to have a guaranteed room ready for your immediate check-in upon arrival, it requires an additional room pre-night to be confirmed. Similar for check-out, if you wish to stay in room later than designated time, you must purchase an additional night. Please see offered pre or post night stay options, or ask us for details and prices. If your flight arrives early in the morning and your room is not ready for check in, you may leave your luggage with hotel staff while you explore.
Private Rooms and Single Supplement
If guest is traveling Solo, private rooms are possible on request basis, and the guest is responsible for the additional Single Supplement fees. Travelers without a roommate will be responsible for the single supplement. Some hotels single rooms are smaller than a standard room.
Special Dietary Needs
206 Tours strives to provide exceptional experiences for all our clients. To accommodate special dietary requests, we forward such requests to the restaurants we partner with. However, please be aware that neither 206 Tours nor the hotels or restaurants we work with, can guarantee complete satisfaction of dietary requests. For individuals with severe allergies or intolerances, we recommend bringing your own food to ensure a safe dining experience.
Photography and Videography During Pilgrimage
206 Tours reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the operation of any tour or pilgrimage and to use them for its purposes thereafter. By booking a with 206 Tours, you agree to allow images to be used in such photographs and video. Guests who prefer that their images not be used are asked to advise us in writing at any time prior to departure and to identify themselves into their Local Tour Guide at the beginning of the pilgrimage.
Baggage
Each tour participant is permitted to bring, one carry on bag (8" x 14" x 22"), and one personal item (i.e. purse, laptop case) and one checked bag weighing up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) and maximum dimensions of 62 in (158 cm) calculated by adding the length + the width + the height of the bag. Please check with your specific airline to verify the size and weight allowances. 206 Tours is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, delay, or damage to a participant's belongings.
Luggage Responsibility
206 Tours is not responsible if airline loses your luggage and, we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft, or fair wear and tear through hotel, airline and ground transportation handling. It is important to have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities.
Responsibility Clause
206 Tours acts as a tour operator. The suppliers providing air or ground transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for the tour program are not 206 Tours employees.
By utilizing 206 Tours service you agree that 206 Tours, its employees, officers, agents will not be liable for any change in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation of, or changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on tour, or on board the aircraft.
Neither 206 Tours and/or agents of the suppliers concerned are to be held responsible for the late arrival or departure on return of passengers at airports or hotels due to inclement weather or other reasons, nor are we to be held liable for payment or any refund for transfers or unused service, hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses.
To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend you purchase insurance.
206 Tours is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control. In circumstances where trip cancellations resulting from the inability for trip to depart or operate as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, war, force majeure, act of God, civil unrest, illness, disease, criminal or terrorist acts of any kind, or if natural disaster takes place, 206 Tours, its employees and agents, are not liable for any restitution, and in addition, without limitation are not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconveniences, traumas, or damages with connection to any inclusions other provisions of any goods of services included.
There are inherent risks in travel as our tours go at times through remote locations, far from medical facilities. 206 Tours guests are to assume all associated risks and complete responsibility, including illness, injury or even death by participating. You agree to indemnify and hold 206 Tours harmless, with respect to any claim made to 206 Tours by anyone else which related to your participation.
Assigned priest, guest speaker, group leader or tour guide.
In the rare event that the assigned a spiritual director, guest speaker, group leader or tour guide can no longer attend, your reservation will remain unchanged, and you agree to travel as per our terms.
Special Medical Conditions Those Who Need Special Assistance
You must report any disability requiring special attention to 206 Tours at the time of registration. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to any tour participant for walking, dining, while in their room, on flight, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion(s) must accompany passengers who need special assistance. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to arrange for such assistance prior to making their reservations. We will make an effort to accommodate disabled passengers by reserving wheelchair assistance at airports and handicap accessible rooms where available, however, we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Be aware that our tours are operated outside the U.S. where the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities for disabled individuals are limited. The touring motor coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts. Motorized scooters are unsuitable and impossible to accommodate. 206 Tours is not responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after the tour. A pregnant woman is advised not to travel after 6 months of pregnancy, we recommend bringing a companion; note that level of comfort may be adversely affected by long flights, layovers, or long bus rides through remote locations.
Always keep critical medications on your person (in your personal item ie; backpack, pocketbook, etc) with back-up medications in your carry-on.
Young Travelers
Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult, if this adult is not the parent, or traveling with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents, or non-traveling parent granting authorization to including the dates of tour (from/to just in case of medical emergencies). We also suggest that you contact the appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements. An infant is defined as anyone who is under the age of 24 months for the entire duration of their trip. A child is defined as any one between the ages of 24 months and 11 years for the entire duration of their trip.
Travel Advisories
It is the responsibility of client / guest / pilgrim to become informed about their destination with most current travel advisories by referring to the U.S. State Department’s travel website at travel.state.gov or by phone at 888 407 4747. In the event of a State Department Travel Advisory against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the trip, should the guest still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory, the guest assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against as per terms and conditions.
Physicality of Our Tours
Most 206 Tours pilgrimages require physical fitness and a lot of walking. At times, distances are considerable, up, or down the hills, over rough, and uneven terrains. Some sights do not have accommodations for the physically impaired. By signing up, you agree to be prepared and will not hold 206 Tours liable for any challenges due to weather, terrain or distances that are involved. If unable or if unwilling to participate during certain visits, and if you wish to opt-out certain visits be sure to inform your tour guide. 206 Tours is not responsible to reimburse you for any unused sightseeing, additional cost for transportation or hiring assistants. Anyone that requires physical assistance must bring their own companion who is ready and able to assist them. As per our “Know Before You Go” instructions, it is suggested that you practice walking until you get to the level of walking 3 - 5 miles (or more for certan Tours), without any discomfort.
Participation
206 Tours and suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any traveler whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operations of a tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. 206 Tours, its agents, and suppliers shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation, or any other matters arising.
206 Tours Itinerary Disclaimer
Though every effort will be made to follow the itinerary, it should be considered as an indication of the tour, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits. We will have daily Mass and strive to be in Churches or places as indicated, however an alternative site for Mass will be arranged if needed.
Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless:
By accepting the terms and conditions, I agree and acknowledge that I may be giving up important legal rights and remedies available to myself, my family, my heirs, successors, and assigns. For value received, I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, and assigns (“Our Behalf”) that I assume all risks and waive any claim of liability of any nature whatsoever against, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, 206 Tours et al. with respect to any and all actions, claims or demands that may be made or brought on Our Behalf against 206 Tours et al. arising out of, or in connection with, travel to, or attendance at the tour or any other activity I may engage in while participating in the tour/event. Further, for value received, for any injury to third parties that may arise because of my own actions or omissions, I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend 206 Tours et al. with respect to any and all actions, claims, expenses or demands arising therefrom that may be made or brought against 206 Tours et al., including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses arising in connection therewith.
Nature of Risks:
I understand that voluntarily traveling to, and attending, a tour/pilgrimage at this time may involve certain risks beyond the control of 206 Tours, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents, in connection with the tour - and all parishes within it, and their respective officers, directors, volunteers and agents, and chaperons or representatives associated with the tour (hereinafter referred to as Diocese et al). Such risks include, but are not limited to, accidents, emergencies, epidemics/pandemics, exposure to reckless conduct of other persons, and/or negligence of security and medical personnel. 206 Tours et al. hereby disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for any such risks. I understand that I will be at various sites, such as hotels, restaurants, tourist sites, or on tourist excursions. If during any break in the tour there may be an opportunity to participate in recreational or other activities, participants do so at their own risk and subject to all terms and conditions set by any recreational or other provider.
COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
206 Tours follows all local government rules and requirements. 206 Tours has no control and no authority to overrule, change or amend local government policies. 206 Tours is not liable or responsible for any results, issues, delays or problems encountered during any related process.
Noncompliance with these measures will result in not being able to travel or not being able to continue on. Each person voluntarily assumes all risks. Any travel interruption or delay, and related expenses in the event that they or any member of their travelling party requires testing or quarantine, become infected with COVID-19, are at own expense. Guest is required to follow regulatory requirements as per country of visit regulations.

FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES HERETO AND THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS IN TENNESSEE SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE JURISDICTION OVER ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR SUIT ARISING RELATIVE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
DISPUTES/CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST 206 TOURS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
