Travel Package & Final Confirmations
Confirmations / E-Tickets / Package Tracking can all be viewed by logging into your Account.
In the upper right corner of this page, click “My Account”. Enter your Email and Password/Order Number.

Travel Package:

Approximately three (3) weeks prior to departure, Fed Ex will deliver a package containing the following:

  • Exclusive 206 Tours Bag
  • Name Tag & Lanyard
  • Luggage Tag
  • Tip Envelopes
  • Magnificat Booklet

Delivery Dates vary depending on pick-up date, address, routing, weather etc. Log-In to your Account for Tracking Number and to Track your Package via Fed Ex.

Digital Documents :

Approximately three (3) weeks prior to departure, 206 Tours will upload the following into your Account and Email you the following:

  • E-Ticket(s) / Flight Itinerary
    • This PDF contains your Flight Routing, Flight Numbers, and E-Ticket Number (this is not your Boarding Pass)
    • Check-In 24 Hours prior to Departure via the Airline Website or App – OR – using the Kiosk at the Airport.
    • If a “Seat” or “Flight Segment” is missing from your E-Ticket, rest assured an updated E-Ticket will be sent to you within 7-10 Days reflecting that Seat or Flight Segment.
      *Seats can only be selected when the Airline has assigned an Aircraft – which vary from airline to airline.
  • Final Confirmations
    • Contact Information for your Guide/Escort, Emergency Team, and Hotels.
    • Links to the Tour Website ( Itinerary and Inclusions), Travel Insurance ( Full List of Coverage), and Know Before You Go ( Answering every question about – Packing, Currency, TSA Regulations, Weather, FAQ etc.)

CAN THE DOCUMENTS/CONFIRMATIONS ARRIVE EARLIER?

The above timeline is standard for all Pilgrimages. From time to time, we can be ahead of schedule, and the result is earlier arrival, but that is not the standard timeline.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS, BUT OTHERS HAVE?

We suggest to keep the above timeline in mind – and continue to check your Mail/Email.
Airline Tickets are issued one at a time (not as a Group). They are also other factors (i.e. Order of Registration, Date of Final Payment, Size of the Group etc) – that alter the delivery date from one person to another.

WHAT IF I DO NOT SEE THE EMAIL(s) IN MY INBOX?

We highly recommend logging into your Account – and view all of that information under “Additional Services” and then selecting “Final Confirmations”. There, you can view the Flight Itineraries, Final Confirmations, and Insurance Coverage (if purchased).
*Every Email Host has different Settings and Securities. While Emails are sent out, we do not have control over the Folder the email will end up in (Inbox, Junk Folder, Spam Folder, Promotions Folder, Social Folder etc). Your Account is reliable and accessible at any time, and from anywhere.
